Your tasks
9. Creating and continuously updating complex work plans, bills of materials (BoM) and standard operating procedures (SOI), taking into account manufacturing requirements, precise time calculations and work preparation guidelines.
10. Defining detailed requirements for industrial equipment (tools, fixtures, lifting equipment) and supporting the procurement and validation process up to implementation in production.
11. Analysis of deviations in assembly (non-conformity management), definition of corrective actions, and execution of root cause analyses in the operational environment.
12. Continuous initiation and implementation of projects for process optimization (Lean Manufacturing) to increase occupational safety, quality, ergonomics and efficiency.
13. Active participation in regular shop floor meetings to coordinate project goals in partnership and to ensure smooth production processes
Your profile
14. Successfully completed technical studies in the field of engineering, aerospace engineering or industrial engineering (at least a Bachelor's degree)
15. Several years of solid professional experience (at least 3 years) in the fields of engineering, work preparation, process planning, process improvement or quality management – ideally directly in the aerospace industry
16. A good understanding of common product integrity standards such as tolerances, key characteristics, and material properties.
17. Proven user benefits through good IT skills in SAP, Catia V5, MS Excel, and ideally initial experience with Skywise and Google Workspace.
18. Fluent German and good English skills, both spoken and written.
19. Strong teamwork skills, high customer focus and a high degree of responsibility
