We are currently seeking a Director of Sales (m/w/d) - based in Hamburg.
1. Are you a strategic thinker, a results-driven leader, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences? As our Director of Sales, you will drive performance, inspire a high-energy team, and take our sales efforts to the next level across a portfolio of 16 hotels.
Your Tasks
2. Lead and manage all sales initiatives for a portfolio of 3 brands and 16 hotels in Germany, Belgium, Switzerland and Austria.
3. Coach, mentor, and motivate a small but dynamic team of 3 Regional Sales Managers / Account Managers to achieve outstanding results.
4. Maximize revenue growth by implementing strategic sales activities aligned with business objectives.
5. Identify and drive new business opportunities to expand market presence.
6. Build and nurture strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to maximize sales potential.
Your Profile
7. Proven experience in a leadership role within hotel sales, with a strong track record of driving performance.
8. Commercially astute, highly organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
9. Ambitious and results-oriented, with a passion for increasing productivity and sales volume.
10. Excellent communicator and negotiator, with the ability to build lasting partnerships.
11. Business fluency in both German and English
12. A clear thinker with attention to detail, able to develop and execute sales strategies effectively.
13. Passionate about creating a positive impact and enhancing the hotel's reputation within the community
