Your tasks
9. They place job advertisements commissioned by the department to recruiting via suitable recruitment channels, using the applicant management system, and ensure a standard (including further development of job advertisement guidelines).
10. They review applications according to defined formal criteria, conduct telephone pre-checks (1st assessment) of candidates deemed suitable based on their paperwork, and forward candidates to the relevant department (if they are still suitable).
11. You are responsible for interview management (candidate, hiring manager, recruiter) and rejection management, through coordination via the recruiting mailbox.
12. They act as a liaison between colleagues who conduct interviews, as well as between specialist departments and candidates.
Your profile
13. You have completed training in a commercial field, combined with several years of professional experience in personnel consulting, recruiting or a similar position in your CV.
14. Her confident demeanor, strong service orientation, and consultative mentality enable her to respond to different personalities and a wide range of business requirements.
15. They are experienced in using the latest recruiting techniques, trends and channels.
16. In addition to your excellent communication skills, you are characterized by a high level of commitment and flexibility.
17. They are proficient in using MS Office and ideally have initial experience with applicant management systems.
