Roles and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for developing cooling business and services market in Germany and other European countries.
• Responsible for creating the front-end value chain network in European countries.
• Identify new Business opportunities including AMC, Value Added Solutions and Expert Services for Non-Thermax Equipment
• Maintain and improve the service network to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Establish a robust dealer network to strengthen regional presence.
• Supervise and support activities related to selling additional units, revamping, retrofitting, and refurbishment.
• Analyze market trends and Competitor activities to refine Service offerings
