Strategic Initiative Manager
A senior leadership role is available for a Program Manager at an esteemed organization, based in Hamm. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing large-scale initiatives across multiple entities.
* Develop comprehensive program plans, including scope, schedule, resources, risk management, and communication strategies.
* Coordinate cross-functional project teams and ensure alignment with business objectives.
* Monitor program performance and ensure milestones, deliverables, and budgets are met.
* Lead and mentor project managers and other team members involved in program delivery.
* Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
* 10+ years of experience managing enterprise-level IT programs or business projects.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
* Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
