Your mission
Partner with the product team to communicate customer feedback and requirements, influence product development, and help customers achieve maximum value from ptv logistics solutions. act as the main contact for strategic accounts and, when needed, serve as project manager for customer-specific initiatives.
* collaborate with product to relay customer needs, support product improvements, and ensure accurate information flows between customers and development.
* manage customer-specific projects, including budgeted developments, acting as project manager from planning to delivery.
* execute and personalize strategic cs programs, such as business reviews, success plans, and onboarding, documenting best practices for the team.
* build and maintain strong, multi-level relationships within customer organizations, understanding business objectives and challenges.
* lead customer workshops, training sessions, and analysis projects both remotely and on-site.
* track customer kpis and success metrics, proactively identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
* collaborate with marketing to create compelling customer success stories and showcase strategic customers as advocates.
* work with internal cs teams to share knowledge, co-create best practices, and contribute to the development and maintenance of team tools and templates.
Your profile
* bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain, logistics, it, or a related field
* relevant experience in customer success, consulting, account management, or similar roles
* strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex customer processes
* ability to evaluate solutions using the ptv logistics product portfolio and challenge ps/sc consultants as a sparring partner
* self-starter with confidence in customer-facing situations, strong business acumen, and a structured approach to reporting and expectation management
* excellent communication skills across all stakeholder levels, team player with professional maturity, and strong commercial mindset (responsibility for customer arr and development)
* languages: english is a must, dutch is really nice to have; other languages are an advantage
