Purpose
The Sales Development team manages and drives cross functional Sales projects/ key initiatives and creates and implements best-in-class processes, guidelines and tools to enable the Global and Market Sales teams to drive sustainable market share growth & profitability. The team facilitates best-practice sharing to support achieving the company goals. The Sr. Specialist Trade Investment supports the organization and execution of projects, initiatives and tasks, which are directly, connected to the Global Sales – Sales Development department's deliverables/ responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
* Support implementation of Key Global Sales and Trade Investment initiatives
* Collaborate in the creation, development and roll-out of trainings (Trade Investment Framework Implementation)
* Quantitative tracking, analysis and reporting on Trade Investment
* Understand the qualitative and local drivers behind the quantitative Trade Investment analysis and reporting.
* Ownership of Global Trade Investment reporting and tools
* Prepare content and support facilitation Trade Investment trainings and workshops
* Identify, encourage, and support best practice sharing across the Global Sales community
* Collaborate cross functionally (mainly with global Operations, Finance and IT) ensuring consistent communication to main stakeholders
* Support Trade Investment process harmonization and documentation of key processes
* Act as a resource collaborating on cross-functional topics across Global Sales channels (Key Account, Field Accounts)
* Support and deliver trainings on key process and tools
* Support trainings related to the area of Trade Investment Conduct analysis and report on Global Mark Up and Trade Terms Development
* Prepare presentations and insights-based proposals on Trade Investment Development
Controlling
* Progress measured in line with KPIs agreed with Line Manager to report to all superiors

Qualifications
• Business Degree with focus on Sales/Operations preferred
• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience preferably in Sales, ideally in the sporting goods Industry
• Cross-functional experience ideally with Customer Service/ Pricing/ IT/ Sales/ Finance
• Industry: sporting goods / retail / consumer goods
