Your tasks:
Implementation, control and monitoring of all procurement activities in the project based on existing strategy models, Coordination of all procurement interfaces involved in the project
Creation of project-related RME key figures / project reporting for project controlling
Management of the creation of project-specific purchasing contracts (back to back from customer contracts) involving all interfaces and taking into account the multi-project view
Setting up the sourcing council / procurement team
Carrying out requirements analyses and planning the individual procurement activities
Preparing and (conducting) negotiations and supplier selection within the framework of specifications and guideline
Creation of a documented strategy for the implementation of procurement activities in the project, which is tracked and updated
Your profile:
Completed university degree, master's degree or diploma or acquired by other means Several years of professional experience in the field and, if necessary, appropriate further training
Good IT skills (SAP, MS Office)
Business fluent in written and spoken English, German is a plus
Knowledge of contract law (BGB, HGB)
Negotiation skills on the basis of experienced negotiation situations
Strong technical understanding
Willingness to travel worldwide
