Within the German Business Unit, we focus on turnkey solutions, private label, and packaging for the Beauty and Home Care sectors. What will you do as Project Assistant? As Project Assistant, you are the engine that keeps projects moving and everyone on track. You’ll have your hands in every part of the process: from coordination and data management to creative collaboration with internal teams and external partners. With your proactive mindset and eye for detail, you help turn complex plans into smooth project launches and satisfied clients. No two days are the same: your role is varied, dynamic, and essential to our team’s success. Your main tasks include: Coordinate project timelines, tasks and deliverables for gold clients in close collaboration with the Senior Project Manager; Maintain accurate master data and product information in NetSuite by collecting, organizing, and verifying details; Support the sample process: handle receipt, tracking, labeling and dispatch of samples, plus maintaining the sample archive; Prepare and manage all necessary documentation for product launches, including client-specific templates and submissions; Communicate with clients, suppliers, and agencies to organize photoshoots, artwork feedback, and packaging fee reports. Your skills: Speak and write fluently in both German and English; Have relevant vocational training (e.g., Kauffrau für Büromanagement/Marketing) or a Bachelor’s in BWL or related field; Bring 1–3 years’ experience in administrative or project coordination. Ideally in cosmetics or consumer goods; Are a proactive, well-organized multitasker with excellent eye for detail and communication skills; Know your way around MS Office, and are comfortable with ERP/CRM tools (like NetSuite or SAP Ariba); experience with industry processes is a plus.
