About the Role:
The Executive Leader will be responsible for driving strategic growth and overseeing various departments within a dynamic organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement multi-year strategies, set budgets, and build high-performing teams with clear objectives.
2. Commercial Growth & Partnerships: Grow revenue through membership and event sales, optimize occupancy and churn rates, and establish partnerships to secure sponsorships and co-branded programs.
3. Community Building & Programming: Curate member experiences, manage workshops, meetups, and residencies, and champion member success across the organization.
4. Operations & Facilities Management: Ensure daily excellence in maintenance, cleaning, IT/AV services, optimize space usage, and manage vendors.
5. Marketing & Branding: Enhance the organization's presence through content creation, PR, newsletters, and social media, upholding brand standards across touchpoints.
6. Administration: Coordinate with accountants, handle invoicing, contracts, insurance, and compliance matters.
