Role Overview
The Head of Sales Specialties will lead an international management team, develop strategic customer relationships, and implement effective sales strategies.
* You will be responsible for maximizing profit contribution, developing talents, and creating a high-performance environment.
* Develop and maintain strategic customer relationships by managing all sales offices, ensuring efficient information flow, and coordinating between units.
* Prepare market and competition analyses, identify opportunities and risks, and adapt the sales strategy.
* Define sales-specific targets, set annual operating plans, and follow up on sales activities.
* Take care of strategic orientation, participate in professional exchanges, trade fairs, and conferences.
* Responsible for continuous improvement and standardization of processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
* A degree in economics with a focus on sales, finance or similar.
* At least 10 years of relevant professional experience with 7 years of management experience and, if possible, experience abroad.
* Proven track record in initiating and successfully managing complex change projects.
* Business fluent communication in English, other languages are an advantage.
