Minimum qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or equivalent practical experience.
* 6 years of experience in AI/ML as a technical sales engineer or software engineer.
* Proficiency in Python and machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
* Experience with Generative AI as a user or developer.
Preferred qualifications:
* Experience in systems design, data pipelines, ML pipelines, and ML training and deployment.
* Experience with full-stack ML engineering, retrieval-based knowledge, and generative text models.
* Knowledge of search concepts like indexing, scoring, relevancy, faceting, query rewriting, and expansion.
* Experience with semantic search tools/databases such as LangChain, Faiss, and Pinecone.
* Understanding of nearest neighbor search concepts.
About The Job
As a Generative AI Field Solutions Architect, you will support Google Cloud Sales and Engineering teams to incubate, pilot, and deploy AI/ML and Generative AI solutions for customers, including large enterprises and startups. You will help customers innovate with Google Cloud’s infrastructure, including AI accelerators like TPU/GPU.
You will identify, assess, and develop AI applications, applying industry tools and methodologies. You will help leverage accelerators, run benchmarks, develop migration paths, and analyze costs. Collaboration with internal teams to remove roadblocks and shape offerings is essential.

Responsibilities
* Understand customer business processes and objectives; architect AI-driven solutions integrating data, AI, and infrastructure.
* Demonstrate features, tune models, optimize performance, troubleshoot, and resolve issues at scale.
* Create technical assets like scripts, templates, and reference architectures to enable customers and teams.
* Influence Google Cloud strategy and product development by advocating for customer needs.
* Coordinate regional enablement activities with leadership and partners.
* Travel as needed.
