ORBIS Pilot & Rollout Manager

* You will oversee technical ORBIS installations with care and expertise — from preparation through successful commissioning to the required follow-up activities
* In this role, you act as the central contact person for our update partners (customers)
* You serve as an interface between our company and our update partners, representing their requirements equally
* You are responsible for monitoring feedback from update partners, ensuring compliance with agreed response times and completion of assigned tasks
* In coordination with the relevant departments, you will define the update steps for the installation of our ORBIS releases
* You conduct regular coordination meetings with all update partners
* To fulfill your responsibilities, you will work closely with management, project & release managers, sales, support, and development teams
* You bring a high level of resilience and remain calm even in stressful situations
* You are willing to work outside of regular business hours — because sometimes our customers need your support exactly the
* Customer orientation is part of your DNA: you think proactively, act solution-oriented, and always aim to find the best outcome for our customers
* If problems occur during installation, you are on hand — analyzing, supporting, and finding pragmatic solutions
* Completed vocational training or relevant professional experience in an IT environment or Bachelor's degree in (Medical) Informatics or Computer Engineering or studies in healthcare with an IT focus
* 3+ years of experience in the rollout or operation of complex IT systems, ideally in healthcare IT or clinical environments (e.g., hospital information systems, radiology or laboratory systems)
* Solid understanding of IT systems, software development lifecycles, and infrastructure projects
* Excellent German skills (C1 level) and good English skills (at least B2 level). xwminpx

* High level of organizational and negotiation skills combined with initiative, commitment, and the ability to work independently within a team
* Strong analytical abilities and a structured, goal-oriented approach to tasks
