Xiaomi Germany has several vacancies for fresh graduates! You can join as intern first and will have chance to get official offer after the internship!


Graduation Period: From 1st Aug 2025 to 31st Dec 2026

Language skills: German and English. If you can speak Chinese would be a plus.


Store Retail Category

Responsibilities:

* Promote and represent the Xiaomi brand with enthusiasm. Greet and assist customers with product inquiries, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of Xiaomi products.
* Provide excellent customer service to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
* Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products to satisfy their requirements.
* Process transactions, including cash or card payments, accurately and efficiently.
* Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and organizing product displays.
* Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store.
* Keep up-to-date with the latest product features and promotions.


Channel Retail Category

Responsibilities:

* Oversee retail strategy planning, goal setting, implementation, and business results.
* Coordinate retail management across business units (e.g., category & store operations) to standardize outputs and empower/supervise frontline teams.
* Collaborate with GTM and Marketing teams to establish an integrated process. Break down sales goals into retail objectives and tactical plans, guiding and monitoring implementation.
* Deeply understand the retail landscape. Adapt strategies locally, help set and break down goals, formulate implementation strategies, and provide tailored methods and best practices.
* Oversee and follow up on the entire retail launch process. Monitor retail operations, gather data, conduct analysis, and generate reports.


Sales Category

Responsibilities:

* Expand market business, develop effective promotion plans, and achieve sales targets;
* Build trust with major customer wholesalers/retailers;
* Gain a deep understanding of the needs and requirements of major customers, with a focus on smartphones;
* Continuously propose solutions that meet their goals and expand relationships with existing customers;
* Track and analyze sales data from wholesalers/retailers;



Marketing Category

Requirements:

* Monitor campaign performance, using analytics to identify key indicators and trends.
* Manage customer (key user) relationships, implementing strategies for higher satisfaction and loyalty.
* Monitor spend and campaign budgets closely, conduct competitor analysis, and formulate competitive strategies.
* Track social media trends, gather insights, and actively engage with user feedback across all platforms.
* Manage product-related projects, overseeing the entire process from concept to launch.
* Draft and edit product marketing content, ad copy, mobile notifications, etc., focusing on persuasive messaging.

Product Operations Category

Responsibilities:

* Set smartphone/AIoT sales strategies, ensure product launch prep; manage quarterly and long-term business plans.
* Support product category sales & margin targets. Drive product portfolio decisions, define market opportunities, and develop launch & lifecycle strategies. Integrate strategy, planning, and P&L into daily work.
* Conduct market/competitive/industry analysis. Analyze data for business & promo planning. Run simulations for program cost forecasts.
* Assist in commercial talks, ensure channel readiness, and manage product sell-in/sell-out/sell-through. Manage distributors and channel partnerships.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, finance, sales, and supply chain teams to boost local business growth.


E-commerce Category

Requirements:

* Oversee mi.com's e-commerce sales strategy, operations, product offerings, and seasonal promotions. Based on an understanding of Xiaomi products and portfolio, update product info, design marketing campaigns, and plan e-commerce operations.
* Engage all relevant stakeholders in end-to-end project management for successful product launches or marketing campaigns.
* Understand local market trends, consumer behavior by analyzing user and campaign data. Continuously optimize campaigns and enhance sales and operation strategies.
* Leverage online and offline resources to boost mi.com brand awareness, promote online shopping, and drive user acquisition.
* Generate insightful reports. Present data and suggestions to sales leaders on branding and operations when needed.


Supply Chain Category

Requirements:

* Manage localization projects, drive full-category direct supply transition to meet localized business goals.
* Liaise with key accounts for demand forecasting, order & inventory management, ensuring accurate and timely PO delivery.
* Support GTM and retail teams in full-category direct-to-store delivery and new retail initiatives; manage local warehouse inventory.
* Collaborate with logistics and warehousing teams for accurate and on-time customer order delivery, resolving issues.
* Boost operational efficiency by managing rework, inventory transfers, and local warehouse operations. Optimize delivery KPIs via monitoring and improvement.


Sales Management Category

Requirements:

* Work closely with the sales team to understand different channels and business needs. Oversee front-line goal execution, warn risks, and use KPIs for business goals.
* Guide distributors in identifying potential customers and collaborate with HQ to resolve market challenges in local markets. Implement sales policies and assist overseas sales in customer communication.

* Collaborate with other departments to develop, execute aftersales promotional projects, and coordinate with service providers, followed by post-project audits.
* Generate regular aftersales performance reports covering customer satisfaction, service turnaround times, and cost efficiency.
* Analyze data to identify trends, support data-driven decisions, and present findings and recommendations to service manager.


Product & Technology Category

Responsibilities:

* Manage the overall process of technical acceptance for international carriers and provide professional technical support. Collaborate with sales, GTM, and other departments to achieve product launch and sales targets.
* Maintain strong relationships with partners and customers, and coordinate and organize operator technical workshops.
* Identify customer needs and pain points related to technology and requirements and provide tailored solutions.
* Lead innovation initiatives, conduct in-depth industry analysis, and produce regular reports on emerging trends.
* Conduct efficient market research, demand collection, and industry trend forecasting to enhance product experience and delivery quality.
