Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Coordinator to join our team.
This role involves managing personnel data, preparing documentation, and ensuring global compliance with relevant regulations.
* Manage HRIS systems: Accurately add, edit, and update records within core HR tools.
* Documentation and Compliance: Prepare, issue, and track standard documentation, including employment agreements and policy acknowledgments.
* Global Compliance: Manage HR compliance, including background checks, adhering to legal requirements of each jurisdiction.
* New Hire Onboarding: Coordinate logistical aspects of the new hire experience.
* Offboarding Execution: Execute comprehensive offboarding checklist.
Requirements:
* Education in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
* 2-5 years of experience in HR or recruiting administrative role.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
* Experience with HRIS/ATS platforms.
* Native or fluent German (written and spoken).
* Fluent and professional English (written and spoken).
