Meet The Team The EMEA Networking Partner Sales Organization focuses on growing the Networking portfolio within our key Partners in Germany. We are a dynamic, collaborative and inclusive team with a goal to help our Partners win with Cisco Networking. We are seeking a highly ambitious Partner Networking Specialist who will be responsible for initiating, maintaining and growing strong channel partnerships with a set of partners in the German market and driving rapidly growing revenue from our most strategic partners; the goal is to have partner growth outpace Cisco's regional growth. You will do this by driving our 3 Key Growth Pillars: Partner Sales Activation, Managed Services Acceleration and Technical Enablement. This is an exciting opportunity to create unique pipeline generation and sales acceleration ideas, while building a personal brand and representing Cisco. You will utilize your engaging presentation and relationship building skills to convey Cisco's value proposition to large partner audiences across multiple business functions. You will work closely with our sales organization to ensure close alignment on creative marketing campaigns, sales, technical enablement and partner strategy. You will possess strong critical thinking skills, executive presence, and an entrepreneurial spirit. Your Impact Drive outstanding Y/Y partner revenue growth Lead existing relationships across all levels of your partners organizations Generate enthusiasm and passion for Cisco products among partner teams Articulate Ciscou2019s unique value in secure, AI-driven networking while maintaining a positive, customer-centric approach. Build and execute business plans in strong alignment with extended partner teams Develop creative lead generation and sales acceleration programs to increase sales Deliver sales and technical trainings for partners Facilitate communications and deal flow between partner and Work closely with Cisco stakeholders to deliver partnersu2019 success. Develop collateral, sales tools, lead-sharing campaigns and marketing programs Accelerate Cisco Networking Managed Services revenue with Key Partners Minimum Qualifications A minimum of 5 yearsu2019 experience dealing with partners in the industry, with a proven sales track record In-depth understanding of the partner German partner landscape Demonstrated technical aptitude Willingness to travel within country Experience leading the complete lifecycle of a project Why Cisco?
