Senior Service Operations Manager – Germany
Your Mission
We have an exciting new position for you to consider: our next Senior Service Operations Manager for the European region. Curious what this role is all about? Let’s dive in:
* Establish and optimize service processes across Europe, integrating IATF 16949 quality management principles.
* Lead cost‑efficiency projects using PMP methodology, focusing on service network optimization and inventory control.
* Manage and enhance third‑party service partner performance through training and certification programs.
* Act as the key liaison between our China HQ and European teams, ensuring smooth collaboration and customer satisfaction.
* Drive proactive quality assurance by shifting from reactive maintenance to preventive process control.
* Analyze service‑related financial data to identify cost‑saving opportunities and improve operational efficiency.
Your Profile
* Master’s degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field.
* Proven experience in after‑sales service or project management within the automotive or similarly regulated industries.
* Solid understanding of IATF 16949 and its core tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC).
* PMP certification and hands‑on project management experience.
* Strong financial acumen with the ability to interpret service‑related financial statements.
* English and Chinese C1; German is a plus.
* Willingness to travel up to 50% across Europe.
