To make the best out of your work, we need you to:
1. Drive and shape the financial activities and accounting processes of our German legal entity including its branches
2. Take full ownership of statutory accounting and reporting, ensuring compliance with BilMoG
3. Build strong relationships with our external partners – auditors, legal advisors, banks, insurance providers, and the like
4. Actively contribute to business planning and group reporting
5. Lead a small team
6. Manage supplier contracts
7. Oversee the office and facility-related services
You are a good fit if you have:
8. 5+ years of solid finance experience in an international B2B environment
9. A BS/MA degree in finance, accounting, or a recognized professional qualification such as CMA
10. Strong knowledge of rules and regulations (German GAAP, taxation)
11. A proactive, hands-on approach: you take the initiative, solve problems, and get things done
12. Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues worldwide
13. An aptitude for IT with advanced MS Excel skills and experience with SAP or another ERP system
14. Fluency in written and spoken English and German
