At Catcher Germany we continue to grow, and we're looking for a motivated and results-driven
Field Sales Executive
to join our team in Berlin. You will be out in the field, close to local businesses, introducing them to Catcher, helping them get started on the platform, and supporting them in boosting their delivery sales from day one.
Your responsibilities will include
* Prospecting and acquiring new clients:
You'll identify and approach restaurants to introduce Catcher and show them how we can help increase their sales by offering a better delivery service.
* Negotiating and closing deals:
You'll take the lead in negotiating commercial terms, rates, and services to secure agreements that are mutually beneficial for both Catcher and our clients.
* Market and competitor analysis:
You'll contribute to mapping and monitoring the local market and competitors to identify trends and adapt commercial strategies.
What we expect from you
* At least 1 year of experience in field sales or business development, ideally in delivery, retail, or FMCG.
* Strong knowledge of the local market and, if you bring an existing network in hospitality or retail, even better.
* Ability to communicate clearly and build trust in face-to-face interactions.
* A hands-on and entrepreneurial mindset, with the energy and perseverance to deliver results.Motivation to take on ambitious challenges and grow with a fast-expanding team.
You're a great fit if…
* You have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role (sales, business development) in the last-mile delivery sector. Experience in startups or demanding B2B environments is a big plus
* You bring local market knowledge and existing networks in delivery or retail.
* You have an entrepreneurial mindset that helps you quickly find agile and innovative ways to make things happen—nothing stops you
* You possess excellent interpersonal communication skills at all levels and the ability to quickly build trust.
* You're eager to be part of a team that achieves great things. You take initiative and are used to working under pressure with ambitious goals.
