About the role
As our Senior Media Manager you will:
1. Lead the development and execution of media strategies, working closely with marketing teams and media partners.
2. Manage annual and quarterly planning cycles—delivering all milestones on time.
3. Act as the key operational lead and day-to-day contact for agency partners.
4. Oversee cross-channel media and audience plans for product launches and campaigns.
5. Maximise media investment and channel mix through rigorous planning, analysis, and optimisation.
6. Test new opportunities with Digital Marketing and Business Intelligence teams—using robust frameworks and attribution models.
7. Deliver regular updates on media innovation, emerging technology, and measurement trends.
8. Support category and digital teams with integrated plans—driving greater value and efficiency.
9. Champion audience planning by connecting audience insights to agency tools and owner data.
10. Build trusted relationships with Commercial teams and Centres of Excellence to spot shared opportunities and challenges.
About you
To succeed in the role, we expect you to have:
11. At least 6 years’ experience in media planning—agency or in-house—with leadership of multi-channel teams.
12. Proven ability to plan, buy, and optimise across TV, Print, OOH, Programmatic, Social, and Search.
13. Strong analytical skills, experience with data-driven attribution, and media-mix modelling.
14. A track record of shaping strategy, identifying innovations, and collaborating across teams.
15. Excellent organisational, communication, and project management skills.
