Corporate Officer Role
* Opening and managing bank accounts requires effective communication with banks, notaries, and other third parties.

* Assisting in the creation of new entities, liquidations, and daily lifecycle tasks necessitates strong organizational skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Corporate Officer in Luxembourg is required.
* Fluency in English and German is mandatory; French or Luxembourgish knowledge is an asset.
* A Bachelor's degree in Law or relevant training certifications is beneficial.
* Experience with Holdings, SPV, and investment funds is advantageous.
