SEA Campaign Manager Job Description
We are a leading force in affiliate marketing, dedicated to creating value-driven advertising campaigns. Our focus on SEA has expanded into broader PPC channels, TV advertising, and SEO.
As the world's largest affiliate in the dating market, we operate 200 websites across 12 languages, specializing in driving high-quality traffic and simplifying purchasing decisions with effective marketing funnels.
* Oversee and optimize medium to large-scale SEA accounts, ensuring profitability, strong margin levels, and healthy account growth.
* Maximize profitability by proactively analyzing and communicating account performance based on traffic mix, bucket, and keyword quality.
* Develop, execute, and continuously improve SEA campaigns across Google and Microsoft Ads platforms.
* Maintain account hygiene and apply SEA best practices consistently.
* Translate data insights into actionable strategies and contribute to strategic SEA development.
* Share knowledge and best practices across the team and help build a culture of continuous learning.
* Identify growth opportunities and flag potential risks to inform broader business decisions.
The following skills and qualifications are required:
* Hands-on experience managing and scaling SEA campaigns with a performance-driven mindset.
* Data-driven outlook with strong analytical skills to turn campaign data into actionable insights.
* Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads platforms, including practical skills with Google Ads Editor and Excel/Google Sheets.
* Excellent communication skills in English (C1+).
* Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with other teams.
* Open to feedback, self-aware, and eager to grow professionally.
