Lead exciting continuous improvement initiatives, like achieving ISO14001 certification and boosting our data analysis methods.
Champion our QHSE strategy, driving quality control improvements and managing risks throughout every project phase.
Craft compelling tender submissions, carefully reviewing QHSE requirements and offering expert advice on compliance and mitigation.
Develop tailored HSE, Quality, Environmental, and Emergency Plans for each project, and coordinate essential drills and inductions.
Oversee Management of Change (MoC) and Non-Conformance Reporting (NCR), providing vital QHSE guidance during execution.
Organize insightful lessons-learned sessions, ensuring we continuously improve and implement actions as projects conclude.
We're looking for a QHSE Coordinator / Engineer with:
A Bachelor's degree in HSE, Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or equivalent, ready to apply your knowledge in a dynamic environment.
A flexible mindset and hands-on attitude, eager to tackle new challenges and contribute directly to project success.
Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills to influence and advise both operational and engineering teams, fostering a culture of safety.
Fluency in both Dutch and English is essential for effective communication within our international projects.
