Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and hands-on SAP MDG Technical Expert with strong expertise in SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) and ABAP development. The ideal candidate should have around 10 years of experience working on SAP MDG implementations, enhancements, and support projects with deep technical knowledge in S/4HANA and S/4HANA Cloud environments.
The candidate must possess strong experience in MDG configurations, custom developments, governance frameworks, workflows, BRF+, APIs, data modeling, and data migration activities. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical architects to deliver scalable MDG solutions.
Requirements
1. 10+ years of SAP technical experience with strong focus on SAP MDG and ABAP.
2. Hands-on experience with SAP MDG on S/4HANA and S/4HANA Cloud.
3. Strong expertise in:
* MDG Data Modeling
* Process Modeling
* UI Modeling
* Workflow configuration
* BRF+ Rules Framework
* Change Request Processes
4. Extensive experience with:
* Governance APIs

5. Experience in governing custom objects using MDG Framework.
6. Strong ABAP development skills including:
* OOPs ABAP

* BADIs

* Interfaces
* RFC/BAPI
* CDS Views
7. Experience with data migration and data quality processes.
8. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
9. Ability to work independently and lead technical discussions.
