Your tasks As an IT Support Specialist (m/f/d), you will be responsible for providing reliable support to our users (m/f/d) and ensuring the stable operation of YNCORIS' IT systems. 2nd-level responsibility: Independent analysis, processing, and sustainable resolution of complex incidents and service requests – structured, reliable, and always SLA-compliant. User orientation: Qualified support for all YNCORIS companies, both remotely and on-site if necessary.
