We are recruiting experienced Finance Professionals for a range of client opportunities across Germany. This consolidated role is designed to attract strong finance talent across multiple disciplines, including Financial Accounting, Controlling, FP&A, Commercial Finance, and Financial Control .

Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities will vary depending on role focus and business structure and may include:
* Preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
* Budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
* Financial analysis, variance analysis, and performance reporting
* Oversight of general ledger activities, balance sheet reconciliations, and month-end close
* Supporting management with commercial and strategic financial insights
* Ensuring compliance with IFRS and German GAAP (HGB)
* Coordinating with auditors, tax advisors, and internal stakeholders
* Improving financial processes, internal controls, and reporting accuracy
* Mentoring or managing junior finance and accounting staff
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
* CPA, ACCA, CIMA, Steuerberater, or equivalent qualification preferred (role-dependent)
* 5–10+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles
* Strong knowledge of IFRS and/or HGB
* Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting
* Advanced Excel skills; ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Dynamics, Workday, etc.)
* Strong communication skills; ability to work with senior stakeholders
* Leadership capability and readiness for increased responsibility
