Your Responsibilities
ECAD Administration & System Ownership
* Administration and support of Siemens Capital software for the development of wiring harnesses and electrical systems
* Setup, maintenance, and continuous development of libraries, symbols, and harness data
* Error analysis and troubleshooting in daily operations
* Execution of updates, releases, and system tests
* Interface management with PLM systems (e.g. Teamcenter) and other engineering tools
* Documentation of system configurations and processes
* Training, user support, and execution of small workshops
Engineering & Harness Design
* Design and documentation of wiring harnesses / harness layouts
* Support in the implementation of design guidelines and standards
* Close coordination with development and production to ensure practical, manufacturable solutions
* Contribution to the continuous improvement of design processes and data quality
Your Profile
* Completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or comparable qualification
* Career changers with relevant ECAD/engineering experience are also welcome
* Experience in administration or application of Siemens Capital Harness or similar ECAD systems
* Knowledge of wiring harness design and electrical engineering is a plus
* Experience with PLM systems (e.g. Teamcenter) desirable
* Basic knowledge of databases, scripting, or IT system administration is an advantage
* Analytical mindset and structured way of working
* Strong communication skills and team spirit
* Good German and English language skills
Nice-to-Have
* Experience with data migration and system integration
* Knowledge of API integrations or automation (e.g. Python, Java)
* Understanding of release and change management processes
