Mercedes-Benz Connectivity Services creates digital solutions of the future that help B2B customers to increase their process quality and efficiency, improve customer experiences, act more sustainably or develop new business models. It is based on real-time data from measuring points and signals inside and outside of Mercedes-Benz vehicles worldwide. This data is used to generate added value for products and processes in companies from a wide range of industries. The secure and responsible handling of data is hereby the basis for the acceptance of services around connected driving. The Stuttgart-based company has about employees working on the development, operation and sales of digital data-based products.
Engineering & Technology team:
1. We are an experienced, passionate & self-organized team being in charge to develop & operate data driven award-winning digital products and innovative IoT services with cloud native microservices for business customers of Mercedes-Benz
2. We are working agile, delivering new features to our customers with every sprint using our automated CI/CD pipeline
These exciting tasks are waiting for you:
3. Architect, design, develop & run innovative digital products around the connected vehicle in an agile team
4. Discuss, challenge and document requirements together with the product manager, product owner
5. Assuring high quality by following architecture methods & patterns, best practices and collaboration with the DevOps engineers
6. Manage and maintain architecture & design documentation
7. Analyze & solve problems arising in our development and production environments in a blameless culture
8. Contribute to code reviews and share your knowledge with the team
The position is filled as soon as possible on a full-time basis.
Qualifikationen
Your profile:
9. You are breathing an agile, cloud native and DevOps mindset
10. You are familiar with architecture methods and design patterns
11. You are experienced in architecting secure & scalable solutions for microservices, modular web applications and event driven architectures
12. You are enthusiastic about designing solutions having data privacy and security in mind
13. You have experience with cloud services like Kubernetes, api management, message brokers, log analytics. Experience with Microsoft Azure is a plus
14. You are familiar with SQL and NoSQL Databases
15. You have experience in Gitops and running a CI/CD pipeline You can code Java/Kotlin and Spring and you are not shy to contribute
16. You know how to run solutions /7
17. You are eager to learn new methods and technologies You are fluent in English; German is a plus.
18. Scrum master skills are a plus
