My client is an internationally operating law firm founded in New York City. They have 12 offices in Europe, the USA, Latin America, and Asia with a focus on consulting services focus on finance, transactions, and litigation.
To support their team in Frankfurt, they are currently looking for a Billing Coordinator (m/f/d) on a full-time basis.
Tasks
* Creating and processing invoices
* Reviewing and checking data in the billing system.
* Monitoring payments
* Checking and booking travel expenses and credit card statements
* Assisting in the preparation of monthly and year-end financials
* Generating reports and responding to ad-hoc queries in the finance area
Requirements
* Education as financial accountant / tax specialist
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Proficient in MS Office tools, with advanced Microsoft Excel skills
* Excellent written and spoken German and English language skills
* Strong numerical understanding and discretion
* Structured, reliable, and efficient working style
