This is where you bring in the perfect climate:
1. Your main responsibility is the development of new heat pumps as well as the further development of existing heat pumps and their components.
2. You take responsibility for the planning, coordination, and implementation of development projects in the field of heat pump technology.
3. Throughout the entire project lifecycle, you ensure a clear focus on quality, cost control, and timelines.
4. You work closely with cross‑functional and international teams and act as a competent point of contact for all development‑related matters.
5. Active involvement in the continuous improvement of our products and processes completes your area of responsibility.

6. Successfully completed university degree in Mechanical Engineering, Thermal and Energy Engineering, or a comparable qualification
7. Experience in project management, ideally in a technical development environment
8. Knowledge of heating or refrigeration technology is an advantage
9. You stand out through a structured, proactive, and self‑driven way of working
10. Very good English skills, both written and spoken, for collaboration in international Teams
