Overview of the Job:
We are seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner Engineering to support engineering organizations in Europe.
* This role will partner with business leaders to achieve strategic initiatives and drive organizational growth through ongoing performance discussions, coaching, and talent development.
The ideal candidate will have 7+ years experience in HR leadership, performance management, organizational development, and employee relations. Strong expertise in employment law and administration is required.
The selected candidate will work closely with business leaders to align HR strategies with business goals and contribute to the development of a unique people-centric company culture.

Requirements:
* 7+ years experience in HR leadership, performance management, organizational development, and employee relations
* Strong expertise in employment law and administration
* Fluency in English and German
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analytics
