About the Role
Are you passionate about designing intuitive, scalable, and user-centered interfaces for complex systems? HOLOGATE / HGXR is looking for an experienced UX Researcher & UI Designer (f/m/d) to help shape the future of our enterprise VR training and simulation platforms.
In this role, you will take ownership of both UX research and UI design, guiding our interfaces from MVP stage to mature, production-ready products. Our systems serve as a central control layer between hardware and software and are used by multiple user groups to manage highly complex workflows—often in mission-critical environments. Your work will be essential in creating a unified, future-proof “One UI” design system that balances usability, scalability, and technical constraints.
