Senior HR Business Specialist Position
BDO Luxembourg is seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Specialist to support our business leaders and managers on strategic human resources initiatives.
About the Job:
This key role involves providing expert advice and guidance on all aspects of HR, including employee relations, talent management, organizational development, and change management. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
Main Responsibilities:
* HR Strategic Partnering: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
* Talent Management: Develop and execute recruitment plans, manage the employee lifecycle, and ensure effective performance management processes are in place.
* Employee Engagement: Foster a positive work environment, promote diversity and inclusion, and drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance retention and overall well-being.
* HR Operations: Manage HR systems, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Requirements:
* A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* At least 2-4 years of experience in an HRBP or generalist HR role, preferably within professional services, finance, or consulting.
* Proven expertise in Luxembourg labor laws, employment law, and HR best practices.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality.
* Fluency in English and French, German is an asset.
