Responsibilities:
HR Strategy & Compliance
* Lead the establishment and continuous improvement of HR and administrative policies in alignment with German labor laws and group guidelines.
* Proactively manage labor-related risks and employment cost structures to support compliant and sustainable business growth.
Recruitment & Workforce Planning
* Develop and implement mid- to long-term workforce planning strategies in coordination with business needs.
* Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including internal vs. outsourced resource planning, and drive hiring efficiency, quality, and compliance.
HR Operations & Employee Data Management
* Ensure accurate and timely management of employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, promotions, offboarding, etc.) and maintain consistency across HR systems, time tracking, and labor cost reporting.
Compensation & Payroll
* Design and maintain competitive, fair, and compliant compensation structures.
* Supervise monthly payroll operations to ensure punctual and accurate payments in accordance with German regulations.
Performance & Talent Management
* Roll out performance evaluation systems; guide line managers in setting goals, providing feedback, and managing performance improvement.
* Support talent identification and succession planning processes.
Office & Asset Administration
* Manage day-to-day office operations, enforce administrative policies and safety standards, and oversee fixed asset control across logistics, finance, and IT systems.
Employee Relations & Engagement
* Serve as point of contact for employee inquiries, mediate conflicts, and ensure timely resolution of employee relations matters.
* Organize engagement activities to foster a positive and productive work environment.
Learning & Development
* Assess organizational training needs and drive the implementation of development programs to improve workforce skills and management capabilities.
Logistics & Facility Coordination
* Supervise local logistics support including office facilities, employee accommodation, transportation, and company vehicles.
Other Tasks
* Execute other tasks and projects as assigned by senior management or corporate HR.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in HR and administrative management; experience in a German manufacturing or industrial setting is preferred.
* Strong knowledge of German labor law, HR compliance, and payroll operations.
* Proficiency in MS Office tools; familiarity with HRIS platforms is a plus.
* Demonstrated leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
* High level of integrity, confidentiality, and a service-oriented mindset.
* Fluency in both German and English, written and spoken; Chinese is a plus.
