Your mission Lead the end-to-end delivery of a Counter-UAS program, coordinating internal teams and external partners to deliver value to our STARKs customers. Responsibilities Build and scale the programme team required to execute a build-and-buy Counter-UAS strategy, including internal development and external partnerships. Own the program roadmap, schedule, and milestones for the development of a world-class Counter-UAS capability. Develop a deep understanding of customer and operational requirements, translating them into actionable R&D objectives and delivery plans. Coordinate cross-functional execution across software, systems engineering, effector integration, and sensor partners. Manage all program interfaces between internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and delivery. Drive the development and maturation of anti-air seeker head technologies, in close collaboration with engineering leadership. Oversee sensor fusion initiatives to enable early detection and effective cueing within the Counter-UAS system. Ensure continuous alignment between technical progress, program risk, cost, and delivery commitments, taking corrective action where required. Qualifications Masters Degree in Robotics, Electronics, Mechanical are similar relevant areas of expertise. World-class knowledge and experience on Anti-Air or Counter-UAS systems 10 years of experience in Program or Project Management for complex hardware-software systems. Demonstrated success delivering new defence, aerospace, or robotics programs under aggressive timelines. Strong experience coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and external partners. Familiarity with early-stage product development, prototypes, and MVP-driven delivery. Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Comfortable operating in environments with high ambiguity, evolving requirements, and time-critical outcomes. Ambitions and entrepreneurial spirit.
