Job Description YOU… work in the New Product Introduction (NPI) engineering team which drives operational excellence in an outsourced manufacturing environment actively drive and influence designs of new products (hardware and test software) qualify changes in both NPI and production phases and manage the roll‑out across the entire supply chain manage product changes to enable manufacturing process optimization, cost reduction and quality improvements support manufacturing of existing electronic hardware products of the V93000 IC tester define and monitor manufacturing metrics to ensure quality, analyze root causes and define corrective actions to meet customer demand collaborate closely with contract manufacturers and internal teams (development, supply chain, product marketing) in a highly international environment
