Job Description:

Reporting to the Assistant Vice President, you will be responsible for the Sales and Business Development activities of Product Verification and Compliance Services. This includes services such as Environmental Testing, Electromagnetic Testing, Safety Testing, and Global Market Access services within the Electrical & Electronic Business Line of the Product Services Division.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Identification, assessment, business solicitation, and market opportunities for diverse Testing and Certification services for Electrical and Electronics related products.
* Identifying and driving strategic partnerships to develop new markets, services, and key accounts within assigned markets.
* Developing, managing, and maintaining strong account relationships with key clients.
* Developing go-to-market sales strategies and tactics to achieve or exceed revenue and profitability targets and grow the customer base in assigned scope and geography.
* Supporting management in reviewing, evaluating, and developing pricing strategies for various product portfolios to improve profitability.
* Developing compelling business proposals that showcase our value propositions as a premium provider of quality, safety, and sustainable solutions.
* Ensuring a delightful customer experience from acquisition to after-sales service.
* Forging long-term partnerships to deliver results and tangible benefits for business partners and clients.

Remuneration is based on an On-Target Earnings scheme.

Minimum Qualifications:

* Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with at least 2 years of sales experience in a B2B environment.
* Preferred experience in one of the following areas:
o Knowledge of Global Retail/e-Commerce
o Knowledge of IoT Cybersecurity
o Engagement with regulatory agencies in ASEAN

* A strong desire to win, resilience, and quick learning ability across a broad spectrum of subjects.
* Excellent presentation, communication, and networking skills.
* Ability to navigate challenging situations and manage different stakeholders effectively.
* Meticulous, resourceful, and a fast learner.
