In this role, youu2019ll help ensure smooth patient flow, manage referrals, and directly support access to specialty healthcare for service members and their families. What Youu2019ll Do Referral Management & Nursing Support Process, schedule, and track patient referrals within the MTF and network providers. Verify patient enrollment in MHS GENESIS/DEERS and update demographics as needed. Provide health benefits advice and pre-appointment instructions to patients. Follow-up on pending results and ensure documentation is complete in medical records. Patient Care & Collaboration Provide professional, compassionate nursing support to patients and families. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care. Participate in meetings, training, and professional development sessions. Qualifications Graduate of an approved National League of Nursing LPN program.
