We are responsible for the strategic development of international mobility programs, policies, processes and their implementation and administration.We are seeking a Global Mobility Consultant (m/f/d) to consult and support our business along the entire global mobility lifecycle, with a special focus on cross-border matters of our LTI program.ResponsibilitiesManage all types of international moves at various hierarchical levels within the area of responsibility throughout the entire mobility life-cyclePro-actively engage with internal stakeholders in a key account role for particular global lines and business divisionsConsult HR professionals, business managers, local Global Mobility Coordinators and mobility candidates in all matters regarding Global Mobility, finding appropriate mobility solutions which meet the needs of the business and employees whilst fulfilling compliance requirements of both home and host countriesUnderstand and apply the various global (assignment) policies, country compensation and benefit structures, legal, tax, social security and immigration requirements of the various home/ host country combinationsInterface with tax advisors and other external suppliers on a daily basis to manage and coordinate the day-to-day operationsPrepare and administer all relevant documents, including cost estimates, balance sheets, payroll instructions as well as international assignment lettersManage & coordinate the Year End Cycle activities of our LTI program for all cross-border cases together with a tax advisor and local compensation coordinatorsManage or participate in special mobility related projects and actively support in various strategic initiativesEngage to continually improve the efficiency and effectiveness of internal processesMinimum QualificationsBachelor / Master degree or equivalent, preferably in related fieldExcellent oral and written communication skills in English; German is a plusThorough understanding of the mobility life-cycle and expert knowledge of related compliance topics (legal, tax, social security and immigration), compensation and benefit structuresConsiderable experience (4+ years) in consulting on mobility solutions in accordance with standards and the associated challenges within a large organizationThorough understanding of international tax legislation; experience in international matters of an LTI program is a plusRelevant project management experience, experience in vendor management and/ or implementation of IT toolsStrong customer service orientationAble to work independently with appropriate level of communication and stakeholder managementSolid delivery focus with the ability to see the “big picture”Sound process orientation essentialEffective interpersonal skills, team player, counselling and conflict resolution skillsComfortable operating at a fast pace and dealing with change, flexible and thinking outside the boxPreferred QualificationsPrevious experience in insurance or asset management business functions, consulting, digital / tech is a plusExperience applying ChatGPT, Generative AI, and Ethical AI solutionDo we have what you need?Flexible and hybrid work modelMultinational and inclusive communityGreat career development and learning opportunitiesCompany pension and health insuranceEmployee stock purchase program with a discountHealth and well-being offeringsSupportive family care benefitsOpportunity to contribute to our sustainability programsGreat place to work certifiedApply before: 11th of OctoberIn case of questions reach out to Ms. Isabelle Ebel: +49 160 743 8135Company overviewWelcome to Allianz SE!
