The Chairman’s Office Europe and North Africa (COE) is supporting and coordinating our operating units, R&D centres, and representative offices across Europe and North Africa with corporate functions and services. Drive performance of the group’s business portfolio across all verticals in Europe and North Africa, delivering practical insights and key business and financial highlights to the Motherson Management Board. Develop, manage, and execute business enhancement strategies, including glide path development and turnaround programs, to ensure sustainable growth across the region. Assess and manage strategic business investments with a strong focus on financial impact from both short- and long-term perspectives. Oversee and coordinate the budget review process for all business verticals in Europe and North Africa, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives. Lead initiatives to optimize Free Cash Flow and Working Capital, driving efficiency and financial stability across the organization. What we offer. An above average degree in business administration, preferably a master’s in finance, LLM or CPA Strong knowledge in accounting and applied financial theory. Several years of experience in corporate finance, either in an industrial company or in consulting. Proven ability to manage projects end-to-end, including leading international, cross-functional teams and handling complex business cases in a fast-paced environment. High level of commitment, strong communication skills, and a sense of ownership. Excellent English & German language skills, additional languages are preferred considering the multi-national environment. Ability to mentor and motivate teams in a distressed environment.
