🚧 Senior Construction Leadership Role | Major Transmission Project – Germany 🇩🇪
A major, long-term transmission infrastructure project in Germany is seeking an experienced senior construction professional to support delivery on a c.2-year programme of national significance.
This is a large, complex build involving multiple work fronts and demanding subcontractors, requiring strong leadership, commercial awareness, and the ability to operate to international construction standards .
The Role
* Senior construction leadership on a large-scale transmission infrastructure project
* Management of major subcontractor packages and site delivery teams
* Coordination across interfaces, programme, safety, and quality
* Operating within a highly regulated, safety-critical environment
* Working as part of an international project team
Background Sought
We are open to candidates with:
* UK construction experience on major infrastructure projects
OR
* International project experience (EPC / EPCM / large civils)
OR
* German-only experience, provided delivery has been to international specifications and standards
* German nationals, EU passport holders, or candidates with full European work rights
* Willingness to relocate to Germany or work on a project / rotational basis
Experience in transmission, power, heavy civils, or complex infrastructure is highly desirable.
