As a senior leader, you will oversee the overall direction of HITCH as our next General Manager.
Your responsibilities will include purchasing strategy, service flow optimization, staff management and cost control. You will also be responsible for developing strong supplier relationships and managing social media presence to enhance brand awareness.
You will play a key role in coordinating events and hosting corporate evenings that create unforgettable experiences for guests. Additionally, you will be accountable for tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and monitoring Gross Operating Profit (GOP).
