Key Responsibilities:
* Contribute to open-source projects related to AI system evaluation, aiming to develop them into real products and foster user and contributor communities.
* Design and build demonstrators to showcase academic and industrial research outcomes.
* Prototype with emerging technologies, frameworks, and methods related to AI and software engineering.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
* Proven experience as a full-stack developer (frontend, backend, deployment).
* Strong knowledge of Python development practices and tools/frameworks; other programming languages are an asset.
* Ability to lead and take ownership of software development projects.
* Ideally, experience contributing to or managing open-source software projects.
* Strong communication skills and an appetite for engaging with stakeholders and building community around developed tools.
