Office Manager – Renewable Energy Sector

Our client who is an established international organisation within the renewable energy and infrastructure sector is seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support the effective functioning of its office in Eschborn, Germany.
The role will support business operations across Europe and Africa, contributing to the delivery of sustainable energy infrastructure projects.
The successful candidate will provide high-level administrative and operational support to the General Manager and wider team, ensuring organisational efficiency, supporting human resources processes, and maintaining essential office and cloud-based systems.
Provide organisational support to internal teams, including travel coordination, meeting scheduling, and event preparation.
Prepare materials and coordinate logistics for internal meetings in collaboration with senior management.
Facilitate onboarding and orientation processes for new employees, ensuring alignment with company policies and access to required resources.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in accordance with internal protocols and data privacy regulations.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Participate in company initiatives and events to support continuous improvement and staff engagement.
Carry out other duties as assigned by management.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German is highly desirable. Knowledge of French or Spanish would be considered an asset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with cloud-based document management systems.
