Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement performance-driven digital strategies to increase website traffic and optimize user conversion. Plan, execute, and optimize biddable media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and Bing, using data-informed keyword targeting and bid management. Manage programmatic advertising initiatives to efficiently reach defined target audiences at scale. Drive SEO strategy by improving site structure, metadata, keyword content, and backlink profiles to boost organic visibility. Continuously optimize website performance, focusing on speed, mobile responsiveness, and user experience to enhance lead generation and conversion rates. Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights to improve effectiveness and ROI. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field. At least 5–6 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on SEO and paid media. Proficient in managing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and Bing Ads. Solid understanding of programmatic advertising platforms and audience targeting strategies. Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console), and web optimization techniques. Experience with CMS systems and a good eye for UX/UI and conversion rate optimization (CRO). Fluency in English and German is required. Why Join Us?
