Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement performance-driven digital strategies to increase website traffic and optimize user conversion.
* Plan, execute, and optimize biddable media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and Bing, using data-informed keyword targeting and bid management.
* Manage programmatic advertising initiatives to efficiently reach defined target audiences at scale.
* Drive SEO strategy by improving site structure, metadata, keyword content, and backlink profiles to boost organic visibility.
* Continuously optimize website performance, focusing on speed, mobile responsiveness, and user experience to enhance lead generation and conversion rates.
* Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights to improve effectiveness and ROI.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
* At least 5–6 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on SEO and paid media.
* Proficient in managing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and Bing Ads.
* Solid understanding of programmatic advertising platforms and audience targeting strategies.
* Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console), and web optimization techniques.
* Experience with CMS systems and a good eye for UX/UI and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
* Fluency in English and German is required.
