Job Responsibilities Create databooks and certificates per the requirements of HMH specifications, contracts and regulations Interface and schedule customer or third party review of databooks Read and understand product specifications to determine databook requirements Identify risks to on-time delivery (of documentation) and capture defects to facilitate continuous improvement and risk mitigation Electronically file various records such as MTRs, work orders and inspection reports Research and provide quality documentation/product history data upon request Provide status updates to appropriate personnel Promote personal accountability for Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) by adhering to the principles and guidelines outlined in HMH's HSSE governing policy Take a new perspective on existing solutions; exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information Share best practices and drive consistency/standardization Required Qualifications Education: High school diploma / GED Experience: 2 years of experience in a Manufacturing or workshop environment. Skills and Abilities: User knowledge of MS applications Strong oral and written communication skills Ability to work across organizational boundaries Knowledge of manufacturing/special processes Strong interpersonal skills Works independently; receives minimal guidance Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously Effective problem identification and solution skills
