Reporting to the executive board and working closely with PE stakeholders, this role offers full-cycle deal responsibility, from sourcing to integration, in a high-growth, agile environment.What the job involvesOwn the end-to-end M&A process: sourcing, evaluation, valuation, execution, and integrationDefine and deliver a compelling acquisition strategy aligned with management and PE investorsBuild and nurture relationships with acquisition targets, founders, advisors, and intermediariesConduct rigorous due diligence, financial modeling, and commercial assessmentsLead negotiations and coordinate legal, tax, and advisory partners for executionManage integration planning and execution in coordination with operational, finance, HR, and legal teamsMonitor and analyse market trends, competitive dynamics, and industry developments to inform pipeline and strategySupport the wider value creation agenda through post-acquisition performance initiatives and organisational scalingWho we are looking forAcademic credentials in engineering, business, finance, or a related fieldProven track record in M&A, ideally from private equity, corporate development, investment banking, or strategic consulting, especially in mid-market dealsDemonstrated ability to manage full-cycle transactions, from sourcing to closing and integrationHigh analytical rigour with strong comfort in financial modeling and valuationPragmatic, entrepreneurial attitude: hands-on, decisive, and execution-orientedOutstanding communication and partnering skills, capable of influencing across levels - from founders to C-suite and investor teamsStrategic mindset with thorough operational understanding of electrical engineering or industrial services (highly advantageous)Fluent in German and EnglishWillingness to travel
