If you are looking for a new challenge, let\'s talk.ResponsibilitiesDevelop highly effective local content creator marketing campaigns aligned to the overall marketing and content strategy.Identify relevant creators for long-term brand partnerships.Develop and manage relationships with creators, influencers and agencies.Share responsibility for monthly planning and management of a six-digit budget covering the IT region.Take full ownership of budget and creator campaigns, including ideation of creative concepts, creator negotiations, contracting, day-to-day communication, content reviews, performance analysis, and campaign reporting.Monitor, report and analyze campaigns monthly; maximize campaigns based on insights.Develop and implement innovative, performance-driven creator marketing campaigns across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Twitch, etc.Stay up to date with the latest creator marketing trends and incorporate them into strategies and campaigns.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver fully integrated 360 creator marketing campaigns (paid social, CRM, etc).Work with the wider cross-country creator marketing team to share local learnings and optimize performance.Develop seeding and UGC campaigns with other departments.Qualifications Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree or equivalent vocational training. Fluent English and Italian in written and spoken forms. At least one prior relevant experience in Influencer Marketing for the Italian market (including internships and working student experiences >1 year). Strong interest in social media, current and future trends, and influencers. Communicative and committed, able to manage multiple projects (creative or analytical). Strong numerical skills and above-average negotiation abilities. Strong knowledge of all social media platforms air up is active on (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Twitch, Podcasts, Snapchat); ideally a TikTok expert.
