Job Role Summary
Banque Internationale à Luxembourg is a leading multi-business bank in the Grand Duchy, with a strong commitment to responsible and sustainable banking.
As a key player in relationship management, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing strategic initiatives to acquire new clients and expand relationships with existing and prospective clients.
* Develop and implement targeted strategies to acquire new business on the Chinese market, focusing on entrepreneurial clients based in Europe, External Asset Managers, Family Offices, and Multi-Family Offices.
* Closely collaborate with Business Partners and Business Introducers to enhance market reach and client engagement.
* Identify and address client needs and preferences, offering tailored products and services.
* Ensure accurate execution of client instructions to maintain high service quality.
* Stay updated on financial market developments and execute the bank's investment strategy effectively.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Relevant degree in finance and certifications.
* Background in Corporate banking/Corporate Finance, fluency in Mandarin and Chinese, and proven experience in Private Banking, Business development, and relationship management.
* Strong network of mortgage brokers and knowledge of products and services in Private Banking/Wealth Management.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to build sustainable relationships, and high level of integrity and ethics.
* Proven negotiation skills, growth mindset, and ability to work effectively in a team.
* Display a strong client-centric and results-driven mindset, as well as a readiness and capability to undertake travel.
