ESO Manager (f/m/d)

We are looking for an ESO Manager to manage strategic business relationships with our external suppliers in the Finished Dosage Form (FDF) category. In this role, you will lead commercial negotiations, ensure cost-effective and compliant delivery, and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to optimize spend, understand business needs, and build strong, long-term supplier relationships that support STADA's operational and strategic goals.
What You Can Expect
* You independently manage business relationships with external suppliers and align them with STADA's strategic goals.
* You negotiate competitive commercial conditions, ensuring cost effectiveness while supporting product competitiveness.
* You monitor supplier performance using KPIs and implement strategies for improvement.
* You oversee budgets, product lifecycles, and inventory levels to ensure availability and operational efficiency.
* You collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments to understand business needs and drive cross-functional alignment.
* You manage contracts in close collaboration with the Contract Management Team and oversee supplier business review meetings.
* You lead or engage in internal optimization projects to improve supplier network processes.
Who We Are Looking For
* You have a degree in Natural Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
* You bring at least5 years of professional experiencein strategic procurement, ideally in the pharmaceutical, chemical, or food industries.
* You have experience managing complex supplier networks and leading long-term business relationships.
* You are skilled in negotiating, problem solving, and making data-driven decisions effectively.
* You are fluent in English, both spoken and written.
